🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Due to the hygienic and consumable nature of vaping products, we only accept returns in the following cases:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.

  • The product is unopened, unused, and in original packaging (within 7 days of delivery).

💰 Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Refunds may take additional time to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card provider.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened, used, or partially consumed products.

  • Sale or clearance items.
